These are steps you should follow,
1. Sign in to your Feed Burner Account.
2. Now Click on Publicize Tab as shown below.
3. Then Click on Buzzboost button which is on the left side of the page.
4. Now on that page, you can see number of checkboxes, you can check on number of boxes which you wanted to show on your widget. After that click on Activate Button
5. Now copy the code they provided as shown below.
6. Now login to your blogger account and go to Layout.
7. Click Add a Gadget and choose HTML/Javascript.
8. Now Paste that code which we copy above.
